Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has declared the result for class 10 or Senior Secondary Certificate (SSC) on 16 July 2021 i.e. today. The board has recorded the highest pass percentage. The overall passing percentage of the state is 99.95 percent. State-wise, students from Konkan topped the list with 100 percentile securing high passing percentage in 9 divisions. On the other hand, Nagpur is at the last position in the list with 99.84 percent. Amaravati stood second with 99.98 percent. At the same time, the pass percentage is 99.96 percent in five regions including Mumbai, Pune, Aurangabad, Nashik and Latur.

The board chairman said that this year a total of 957 students have secured 100 percent marks. At the same time, this year also girls have performed better than boys. 99.96 percent of girls have cleared the exam as compared to 99.94 percent of boys. Significantly, more than 16.5 lakh students were waiting for the Maharashtra SSC Class 10 results to come. Students can check their results on the official website mahresult.nic.in at 1 pm.

The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education conducts the examination within the state through nine divisional boards at Mumbai, Pune, Aurangabad, Latur, Nagpur, Nashik, Konkan, Kolhapur and Amravati. To pass the exam, a student must have at least 35 percent marks in each subject.
