The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has opened the tabulation portal for the moderation of class 11 and 12 theory marks. The tabulation portal is available on the official website cbse.gov.in. Strict instructions have been given by CBSE to all affiliated schools to moderate the marks of students according to the time and policy.

Portal will be open from 16th July to 22nd July

While the portal will be open from July 16 to July 22 for moderation and tabulation, the board has also requested the schools to upload the marks at the earliest to declare the results by July 31. Along with this, the board has said that the result of the schools which will not be able to upload the marks will be declared separately after July 31.

Let us inform that the board has already fixed the evaluation criteria for the students of class 12th. To prepare the 12th result, the students will be evaluated on the basis of marks obtained in class 10th, 11th and pre-board examination.

What is Moderation of Marks

The question arises that what is Moderation of Marks after all? So let us tell you that this is such a provision in which those students are passed by giving grace marks who are going to fail by some marks. It is worth noting that this year the board examinations have been canceled due to the corona epidemic, in such a situation the result is being prepared only through moderation of marks.

In this regard, CBSE says that when the examinations could not be conducted at the time of Corona crisis, it is very important that the examination results of the students are accurate, non-discriminatory and reliable. At this time moderation of 11th and 12th class marks is a big responsibility which should be done in such a way that there is justice and transparency with the students.

CBSE10th class result may be declared by 20 July 2021

At the same time, let us tell you that the CBSE 10th class result is expected to be declared by 20 July 2021. Although Exam Controller Sanyam Bhadwaj says that, “We are trying to declare the result by July 20, but it is not right to confirm it right now, because if it takes time to send the internal assessment marks to the schools then the result declaration process will be delayed.” There may also be delays. But the results will definitely be released this month.”
