Studied up to 8th standard from village
Himanshu is originally from a village in Palwal district of Haryana. He did his studies up to class VIII from here and after that he went to Delhi for further studies. After Intermediate, he did his graduation in Economics. During this time he made up his mind to go to UPSC. What was then, he made his strategy and started preparing.

When Himanshu appeared in UPSC for the first time, he could not clear the pre-exam. In such a situation, Himanshu recognized his mistakes and prepared better by removing them. For the second time, he also changed his strategy and after passing the examination, he was included in the list of toppers. The special thing is that the idea of ​​appearing in UPSC came to him during his graduation. In just a few years of preparation, he fulfilled his dream.
