National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2021 application forms have been released. Students can apply for the medical entrance exam by visiting the official website of National Testing Agency (NTA) at ntaneet.nic.in. Applications can be submitted from 13 July to 6 August till 11.50 PM. NEET 2021 fees can be paid till 11.50 pm on 7th August. Along with this, NTA will also open the edit window from August 8 to 12 and admit cards will be issued three days before the exam.

NEET UG 2021 Registration will be done in two phases
The application form for NEET (UG) 2021 is divided into two sets/stages. The first set of information has to be filled before the last date of submission of online application form. In the first set, candidates will have to provide personal details, scanned copies of documents, signature, thumb impression and related information.

NEET UG 2021 Second stage of registration
The second set of forms will have to be filled by the candidates before the declaration of result / downloading the score card. In the second set, the candidates will have to provide the details of the information given in the first set. Along with this, information like income details of parents, place of residence, educational details will have to be given.

It will be notified separately through NEET (UG) portal in due course.

NEET 2021 will have two sections
There will be two sections in NEET 2021. There will be 35 questions in the first section and 15 questions in the second section. Out of 15 questions in the second section, candidates can choose to attempt any 10 questions. All questions will be in Multiple Choice (MCQ) pattern. The exam will be conducted for three hours between 2 pm to 5 pm.

The medical entrance exam will be conducted on September 12, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan announced on Monday through social media platform Twitter. Significantly, the exam was earlier scheduled to be held on August 1, but was postponed due to the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic. The medical entrance exam will be conducted in physical mode in 198 cities.
