Success Story Of IAS Topper Namrata Jain: Today we will tell you about Namrata Jain, who became an IAS officer after achieving success in UPSC exam due to consistency, self-confidence and hard work. Coming out of a small village in Chhattisgarh, Namrata, who raised her flag in UPSC, has become an example for all of us today. She faced all the challenges in UPSC and here she also got failure, but despite all this, Namrata did not stop her steps. Finally in 2018, Namrata fulfilled her dream of becoming an IAS by getting All India Rank 12.

Know how was the background
Namrata Jain did her early education from a village in Dantewada district of Chhattisgarh. After high school, she went to Bhilai for Intermediate. After 12th he decided to make a career in engineering. Soon after completing his engineering degree, he started preparing for UPSC. Got many job offers but he decided not to do the job because of UPSC. Namrata believes that if you do not have compulsion, then instead of doing a job, you should prepare with full dedication.

Such was the journey of UPSC
Namrata got success in UPSC after a struggle of about 3 years. Despite working hard, she failed the pre-exam in the first attempt. After this Namrata did the second attempt in a better way. In the second attempt, he cleared the exam and got the All India Rank 99. But after that he was selected for IPS service. He made the third attempt during the training itself. This time Namrata’s luck was good and she secured All India Rank 12.

Advice on Humility to Other People
Namrata believes that for success in UPSC, you have to take special care of some things. First of all, you have to study consistency i.e. continuously. During this, you have to prepare by keeping self-confidence. You decide that you have to pass this exam in any case. Keep this in mind and plan your journey. Overall you have to rectify the shortcomings with failure here and move on. Namrata says that it may take a long time to get success here, but be patient. By working hard you will surely get success one day.
