Journey started from IIT
Sameer Saurabh was born in Purnia district of Bihar. He did his early studies here. After Intermediate, he cleared JEE exam and got admission in IIT Kharagpur. During his graduation, he made up his mind to go to UPSC. After completion of graduation, he started preparing for UPSC.
Succeeded in UPSC twice in a row
Sameer Saurabh prepared for UPSC by making a better strategy and in 2017 he cleared the exam in his very first attempt. Although his rank was 142, due to which he was selected for the IPS service. He always wanted to become an IAS officer, in such a situation, even while doing IPS training, he gave the UPSC exam. This time luck was good and he secured All India Rank 32 in 2018. In this way his dream of becoming an IAS was fulfilled.

Sameer’s advice to other candidates
Sameer Saurabh believes that you should work hard in UPSC by making a better strategy and analyze your preparation time to time. Wherever you find mistakes, correct them.
