Success Story Of IAS Topper Ashutosh Dwivedi: Candidates have to face many challenges while preparing for UPSC exam. Ashutosh, a resident of Rae Bareli in UP, had to face a lot of struggles in the beginning.
Ashutosh made his dream come true by passing the IAS exam in the fourth time. He could not get selected in the first two attempts. Whereas in the third attempt, he got the IPS service. But his dream was to become an IAS, so he continued preparing for the exam. Finally got success after hard work.

Ashutosh’s parents had a child marriage. But his father continued his studies even after marriage. His father understood the importance of education from the very beginning. His father’s struggle in life became an inspiration for him. Ashutosh used to cycle for hours and study in the village school. His medium was always Hindi. Ashutosh came to Kanpur for higher education. Here he did his BTech from HBTI. After which he started working.

Ashutosh’s elder brother also wanted to become an IAS. But he reached the interview round but beyond that he was not selected. Only Ashutosh had gone to see the result of his brother. Seeing his brother disappointed, he decided that he would fulfill his brother’s dream. After this he left the job and started preparing for civil services. He worked hard to prepare for the exam.

Ashutosh’s advice to other candidates
Ashutosh considers UPSC a penance. He could not succeed in his first two attempts. But he never gave up. He kept on improving his past mistakes. He was selected in the third time and he got IPS service. But he took the test again. In the year 2017 in his fourth attempt, he passed the exam with 70th rank. He got a lot of support from his family while preparing for the exam. Ashutosh advises other candidates to keep preparing with honesty and hard work. You will definitely get success.
