Success Story Of IAS Topper Srushti Jayant Deshmukh: To crack UPSC, every candidate makes his/her own strategy and prepares accordingly. UPSC’s approach during engineering
Srishti, who hails from Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, had a dream of becoming an IAS since childhood. He studied till Intermediate diligently. After that he took admission in engineering. From the third year of engineering, he started preparing for UPSC. It was very difficult for him to do so, but still he continued his preparation by doing time management.

First created a positive environment
Srishti believes that you need to have a positive environment to prepare for UPSC. Your preparation has a great impact on the kind of environment you are studying in. That’s why first of all he removed negative people from his life. His family had a lot of support in this. According to him, these people instill an impression in your mind that this work will not be done by you. Once you get caught in their affair, then it will be very difficult for you to achieve success.

Srishti told her strategy
Srishti believes that if you do yoga and meditation during UPSC preparation, then your mind will remain calm. With this, you will be able to focus on your preparation in a better way. Yoga will motivate you to work hard in the right direction. Also, you have to stay away from social media and get into UPSC. She says that even if you study for fewer hours, you must study every day. If you give UPSC exam after working hard for 2-3 years continuously, then you can get success.
