Maharashtra 12th Board Exam Canceled: Due to Corona, the Maharashtra government has also decided to cancel the 12th board examinations. A meeting of Disaster Management with CM Uddhav Thackeray was held on Thursday, in which this proposal was approved. Apart from the Central Board CBSE, so far many states including UP, Haryana, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan and Gujarat have canceled their 12th examinations. Restrictions like lockdown are still in force in many states of the country due to Corona.

10th exam was canceled earlier
In view of the increasing cases of Kovid-19, the Maharashtra government had already canceled the 10th examination. The School Education Minister had also said that the result of class 10 students will be prepared on the basis of internal assessment. Soon the government will prepare for the assessment of class 12 students.

So far these states have canceled the 12th examination

Apart from CBSE, Inter examinations in UP, Haryana, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan and Gujarat have been canceled so far. In these states, a decision was taken last month to promote class 10 students without exams. Till now, due to the situation of Corona not coming under control, many states have taken such decisions and many are thinking about it.

Corona havoc in the country till now
The second wave of Corona has proved to be quite fatal for the country. Till now more than 1 lakh cases of corona are being reported in the country every day. In the last 24 hours, 1.34 lakh cases of corona were registered in the country. Many states have implemented strict restrictions to prevent infection. The speed of Corona has decreased slightly compared to before, but the danger has not reduced yet.
