12th Exam Cancelled: 4 states including Haryana, Uttarakhand canceled 12th exam, know what other states said


New Delhi:  CBSE had announced the cancellation of the 12th board examinations on Tuesday, after which many state governments have also announced the cancellation of this examination. The education boards of Haryana, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Uttarakhand have announced the cancellation of class 12th examinations in their respective states. Whereas UP can also announce this soon. Many other states can also make such announcement. Don’t know what other states have said. 

While Maharashtra’s School Education Minister Varsha Gaikwad said that a proposal has been sent to the Disaster Management Authority regarding the 12th state board examinations. They will hold a meeting and a decision will be taken in a day or two. The health and safety of students is our priority.

West Bengal 
With this, the West Bengal Higher Secondary Board has formed an expert committee to discuss whether the class 12 examination can be conducted during the current Kovid crisis. and if not, how will the assessment be done. This committee will submit its report within 72 hours.

Karnataka’s Primary and Secondary Education Minister Suresh Kumar on Wednesday said that an appropriate decision would be taken soon on conducting board exams in the state. The minister said in a statement, ‘‘Appropriate decision regarding conducting SSLC (Class 10th) and 2nd year Pre-University (Class XII) examination will be taken at the earliest.’ He said that discussions are going on with teachers, education experts and parents in this regard and an appropriate decision will be taken soon keeping in mind the health and future of the children. 

Himachal Pradesh
Himachal Pradesh CM Jairam Thakur said that after the cancellation of CBSE class 12th exam, we are also working on the same lines as the situation to conduct the exam. is not favorable. Final decision on Himachal Pradesh Board Class 12 exam will be taken in cabinet meeting on June 5.

CBSE is preparing the evaluation criteria
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has said that they are in the process of preparing the criteria for class 12 evaluation. After its completion, they will put it in the public domain. Let us tell you that on Tuesday, CBSE had canceled the 12th class examination. CBSE Secretary Anurag Tripathi said that parents, teachers, principals and students need to wait a little for this. Also everyone is requested not to panic.
