A big announcement can be made regarding the 12th examination of CBSE and CISCE on June 1, 2021 i.e. today. Actually, Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank can announce the date and format of the 12th exam today. CBSE’s 12th examination was postponed in view of increasing cases of corona infection. Significantly, a high-level meeting was organized on 23 May under the chairmanship of Union Defense Minister Rajnath Singh. Apart from Nishank, the education ministers of the states and other officials associated with the Ministry of Education participated in this meeting. After the meeting, Ramesh Pokhriyal had said in his video message that a decision would be taken on June 1 regarding the 12th examination.

States Suggestions have been sent to the center regarding the 12th examination
At the same time, the states have also sent their suggestions regarding the 12th examination to the center. The option given by the CBSE in many states is in favor of the exam with multiple questions. At the same time, some states have insisted on the vaccination of students and teachers before the examination.

CBSE Two options were given for the 12th examination
1-First option is to conduct class 12 examination for major subjects only, while minor subjects will be evaluated on the basis of performance in the main paper. The result of the examination to be held from August 1 to 20 at the designated examination centers will be declared on September 20.
2- There is another option that the class 12 exam be conducted for 90 minutes only for the main papers, during which the students will appear in their own schools. Students will have the option to write one language and three elective papers. Papers 5 and 6 will be evaluated on the basis of the performance of the major papers. The exam will be conducted twice i.e. from 15th July to 1st August and 5th to 26th August. If any student is not able to appear in the examination due to Kovid-19, they will get more chance.

SC Hearing on Monday, petition seeking cancellation of examination
At the same time, let us tell you that a hearing was held in the Supreme Court on Monday, 31 May 2021, on the demand to cancel the 12th examination of CBSE and ICSE. The court has adjourned the hearing of the case till June 3. On behalf of the Center, Attorney General Venugopal has said that the government will take the final decision in 2 days. Therefore, the hearing should be adjourned for Thursday. The Center asked the court to convey its final decision within two days.
