Success Story Of IAS Topper Neha Bhosle: The dream of most people is to succeed in their life and make a better career. From the beginning, they work hard for this. But some people, despite being successful in one field, think of doing something new. Today, you will tell the story of Neha Bhosle, who became All India Rank 15 in UPSC Civil Service Examination 2019, becoming an IAS officer. He decided to join UPSC after completing his engineering degree from Mumbai University and MBA from IIM Lucknow. He left even a job with a package of lakhs of rupees to fulfill the dream of UPSC.
First did engineering, then did MBA
Originally from Mumbai, Maharashtra, Neha was always very smart in her studies. This can be gauged from the fact that after clearing a BE degree from Mumbai University, he cleared the IIM (IIM) entrance exam. After this he obtained an MBA degree from IIM Lucknow. After MBA, he was also placed in a good company. He worked here for about 3 years. During this time, he made a plan to go to UPSC.
UPSC’s journey was like this
By the year 2016, he prepared for UPSC with a job. But his preparations were not doing well, so he quit his job in the year 2017. Even after this, they were fully engaged in the preparation of UPSC. He did not get success in the first attempt. In the year 2019, he passed the exam in the second attempt. During his preparation, he analyzed himself and changed his weaknesses into strength.

Neha’s advice to others
Neha believes that if you want to achieve success in UPSC, then be completely dedicated during the preparation. Make the right strategy and take special care of time management. After completing your syllabus, revise as much as possible, practice answer writing and give mock test paper. Do not be afraid of failures and keep working hard. If you do this, then you can pass the UPSC exam.
