CBSE has started its annual tele counseling facility for class 10 and class 12 students and their parents. In its 24th edition this year, CBSE will provide counseling, expert advice, suggestion of course guides after 12th, suggestions on mental well-being, Kovid-19-related protocols and audio-visual messages to students under the tele-counseling facility. Students and parents can contact on toll free number 1800 11 804.
Counseling will be done from Monday to Friday
A CBSE statement issued in this regard said that in addition to 83 experts of ‘Friends for Life Mobile Application’, there are 24 principals, counselors of CBSE affiliated schools across the country. Expert, Principal and Counselor will be available on 5 working days i.e. from Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. CBSE’s friend for life mobile application is available on Google Play Store.
CBSE has taken new initiatives during the epidemic period
Significantly, during the pandemic, CBSE has taken several new initiatives such as manuals on mental health and well-being, introducing the Friends for Life app and a series of webinars. The purpose behind this being done is to maintain the psychosocial welfare and mental welfare of the students, teachers and parents, the CBSE statement said that it will continue to do so.
‘Cbse friend for life app ‘ Launched
Let us know that earlier this month, CBSE Board launched ‘CBSE Dost for Life App’ for psychological counseling for students and parents. There are 83 experts available on the CBSE Dost Life app.
