A virtual meeting with education secretaries of all states was held on Monday under the chairmanship of Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank. During this time there was a discussion about the 12th exam. It is expected that a decision will be taken soon for the 12th board examination.
Suggestions sought from states for the 12th exam
At the same time, according to the media report, the officials have said that the CBSE, ICS and various states’ 12th examinations were also discussed in the meeting. The Central Government has sought suggestions from various States and Union Territories regarding the 12th examination.
Please tell that CBSE has already announced that the situation will be reviewed on or after June 1. After that, a final decision will be taken regarding the pending 12th board examination.
Students and parents demanding cancellation of 12th exam
Significantly, in view of the terrible pace of the corona epidemic, the 10th board exams have already been canceled and the students’ evaluation policy has also been announced. At the same time, the students and parents of the 12th are also constantly demanding that in view of the epidemic, the 12th examinations like the 10th should also be canceled and the students should be evaluated on the basis of internal assessment. No final decision was taken regarding the 12th exam

Earlier, Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ had announced that notice would be issued to CBSE Class 12 students 15 days before the commencement of the examination.
