Tejashwi was born in Kurukshetra, Haryana. She was always smart in studies. He achieved good numbers in high school and intermediate. After this, he decided to pursue a career in engineering and took the JEE exam. He passed this exam, after which he took admission in IIT Kanpur. He graduated from here. During this time, he decided to go to UPSC on the advice of his parents.

In such a situation, after completing his studies, he took the examination of UPSC Civil Service for the first time in the year 2015.
