The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has postponed the June Term and Examination (TEE) due to the second wave of Corona infection wreaking havoc in various parts of the country and lockdown. Earlier, the exam was scheduled to begin on June 15. The new dates for the exam will be announced at least 21 days before the start of the exam.

According to the notice issued by the university, “The next schedule of the exam will be displayed on the university’s website 21 days in advance. Accordingly, online link will be opened for submission of examination form. “Let me tell you that IGNOU has asked the students to continue their preparation and be ready to appear in the examination on short notice.
Deadline for assignment submission was also extended for TEE
Earlier, IGNOU extended the deadline for assignment submission for TEE till 31 May. An official statement in this regard was issued stating that, “Last date for submission of assignment for term-end examination, online and offline (physical) submission of June 2021 has been extended till May 31, 2021”.

Explain that for the second time, IGNOU has extended the time limit for assignment submission for students sitting in term and examination. Earlier, the university had asked students to submit their assignments by 30 April. Actually this has been done due to increasing cases of corona infection.
