Success Story of IAS Topper Sameer Saurabh: Today, you will tell the story of Sameer Saurabh, who became an IAS officer after receiving All India Rank 32 in UPSC Exam 2018, who set the record by passing UPSC examination twice in a row. In the first attempt, he received All India Rank 142, according to which he was selected for the IPS service. Although he had to become an IAS officer, in such a situation he appeared again in the examination and fulfilled his dream.
Graduation from iit
Sameer is originally from Purnia district of Bihar. He was always smart in studies and after intermediate he cleared the entrance exam of IIT. Due to good rank, he got admission for graduation in IIT Kharagpur. During his graduation, he made up his mind to go to UPSC. After completing the studies, he started his preparation by making a good strategy.
UPSC exam passed twice in a row
There are many candidates in UPSC who are unable to pass the exam despite many efforts. Apart from this, there are some candidates who pass this exam several times in a row. Sameer Saurabh passed this test in his first attempt. But according to rank, he got IPS service. In such a situation, he made a second attempt and fulfilled his dream of becoming an IAS by getting a good rank.

Sameer’s advice to other candidates
Sameer believes that you should make a better schedule for the preparation of UPSC and get involved in it with hard work.
