Four times he got failure, but he kept working with patience and finally he got success.
Graduation from iit
Rushikesh originally hails from Kadapa in Andhra Pradesh. He studied up to Intermediate here and after that he cleared the entrance exam of IIT. He received his graduation from IIT Delhi. During this time, he made up his mind to go to UPSC and started preparing. Despite studying from IIT, he had to struggle long to get success in UPSC.
UPSC’s journey was like this
Rushikesh’s journey to UPSC was very long. During this, he faced many challenges. He failed in UPSC civil service examination 4 times, but still he did not give up and kept preparing with patience. He was determined to become an IAS officer after passing the UPSC examination, in which he made a fifth attempt and this time he had good luck. In this endeavor, he fulfilled his dream.

Rushikesh’s advice to other candidates
Rushikesh relied on self-study in his UPSC journey and never joined coaching. They believe that they can pass this exam on the basis of selfie study. If you get stuck somewhere, you can take help of internet. He believes that one should not be disappointed with the failures found in UPSC and should prepare with full enthusiasm till the end. If you prepare with confidence in yourself, then you will definitely get success.
