The special thing is that Anurag worked for about 2 years after graduation. After this, he made a plan to come to UPSC.
Joining job after graduation
Anurag originally hails from Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. After completing his graduation, he joined the job. After working for almost two years, he got attracted towards the civil service. In the year 2017, he gave the UPSC examination for the first time, in which he did not succeed. After this, he changed his strategy and in the year 2018, he was included in the list of toppers.
Choose option wisely
Anurag believes that to get success in UPSC, you should choose the optional subject very wisely. They say that you take a little time to choose this subject and see how interested you are in the subject and how much you have read about it. He says that many times people make the wrong subject optional and their attentions are ruined.

Anurag’s advice to other candidates
Anurag believes that for preparing for UPSC, you should make your best schedule. He says that during his 2-year preparation, he checked his schedule every week and prepared accordingly. Where they needed to change it, they did. They believe that if you prepare continuously with hard work, then you will definitely get success.
