Amidst growing cases of corona infection, Delhi University’s Sri Ram College of Commerce has a special reason to celebrate. In fact, the first phase of the college recruitment season 2020-21 (Sep20 – Dec’20) has been very successful. Despite the slowdown caused by the epidemic, Shriram College of Commerce students have received more than 130 job offers, including the highest package of Rs 25 lakh per year.
The placement cell has also increased significantly during the epidemic.
Expressing happiness on this, Raghav Singodia, Secretary, Placement Cell of SRCC said that, “We are proud that our placement cell has increased significantly even during the epidemic. “The cell was allotted to host a pool of new recruiters from different backgrounds such as Ab-InBev (FMCG) and Accenture Strategy (Consulting). SAIL has given 90+ opportunities, including consulting with the legendary Bain Capability Network, to achieve the goal of yet another successful placement season. “
Average compensation in SRCC was Rs 9.8 lakhs per year
Significantly, with the offer of 24 recruiters, the average compensation at SRCC has gone up to Rs 9.8 lakh per year. The highest package for the first phase was offered by a global financial firm and Sriram College of Commerce is very excited about the good package that students are getting. And is more optimistic about the upcoming recruitment season. The college hopes that students will get even better offers.
