ICSE Board Exams 2021 Postponed: In view of the danger of Corona, the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE) has decided to postpone the examinations of the ICSE Board’s 10th and the ISC’s Board’s 12th examinations. Previously, these examinations were to be held from May 4. The new dates for these exams will be announced in the first week of June.
It is not compulsory for students of class 10
According to the information released by the board, it will be optional for students of class 10 to take the exam. Students can appear in the written test later if they wish. If they do not want to take the exam then the board will evaluate them accordingly. Apart from this, new dates of examination for the students of 12th will be announced in the first week of June.

Earlier, CBSE had decided to cancel the 10th examination and postpone the intermediate examination. So far, the boards of many states have postponed the examinations of class 10th and 12th. On Thursday, the central government had decided to postpone the medical student’s NEET PG examination in view of the danger of corona. So far, many universities of the country have also postponed their examinations.
Cases of corona increasing continuously
Corona cases are constantly increasing in the country. Nearly 2 lakh cases of corona infection have been reported in the last 24 hours. In many states, the situation is getting serious and strict restrictions have been imposed in view of this. The worst situation is in Maharashtra, where lockdown has been imposed till May 1.
