The Central Public Service Commission (UPSC) is going to issue Mach Awned Recruitment Notification for Central Armed Police Force (CAPF). The application process for these is starting from today. Interested and eligible candidates can apply on the official website www.upsc.gov.in. According to the official notification, the online application window will end on May 5. At the same time, the Assistant Commandant Recruitment Examination of UPSC CAPF will be held on 8 August.
CAPF exam is conducted once a year
Let us know that the UPSC CAPF exam is conducted once a year. The examination is conducted in three rounds – written, physical and interview or personality test. To be eligible for the post, candidates must also fulfill the physical indorsement-related criteria. Candidates who clear the prelims and the main will be called for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET).
UPSC CAPF Recruitment 2021: Eligibility
Education: Applicants having a bachelor’s degree in any stream from any University Grants Commission (UGC) or All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) recognized university or college are eligible to apply.
the nationality: Candidates who want to apply for the UPSC CAPF exam must be citizens of India. Those candidates who are from Nepal and Bhutan are also allowed to apply for the examination. At the same time, those candidates who have been elected as assistant commandant in any army, are restricted to apply for the examination again.
Age Range: The age limit of the candidates is between 20 and 25 years in the general to reserved categories.
CAPF What is it
CAPF is a competitive examination and it is conducted by UPSC for the recruitment of candidates to CAPC. The candidates who are admitted through this examination join as Assistant Commandant (AC).
