He said that on May 1, the situation will be reviewed at the government level and further instructions will be issued.
UG examinations to be held from April 17 also postponed
According to the news agency IANS, due to the rapid increase in the cases of Corona-19, the Himachal Pradesh government has postponed the UG examinations starting from April 17 in board examinations and higher education institutions.
According to the notice issued by the Himachal Pradesh Board, all the staff engaged in conducting the examinations have been granted leave for the time being. At the same time, instructions have been given to keep the question paper, answer book and other examination materials under the supervision of the school center coordinator or head teacher.
Corona infection situation worrisome in Himachal Pradesh
Please tell that this development has been done after canceling the CBSE Class 10 board exam and postponing the class 12 examination. According to an official, after 925 fresh cases in Himachal Pradesh, the total corona infection cases have increased to 72,319. At the same time, 13 infected patients have died in the state, after which the death toll from corona in the state has gone up to 1,135. Special Health Secretary of the hill state Nipun Jindal said that 6 people infected with corona have died in Kangra, three in Shimla and two each in Mandi and Una districts. Currently there are 6,929 active cases in the state. Meanwhile, 250 people have also recovered from the disease in the last 24 hours.
