IAS Success Story: After engineering from IIT, Nityananda started UPSC preparations, failed three times, but did not give up


Success Story of IAS Topper Nityanand Jha: Today, you will tell the story of Nityanand Jha, who has been successful in UPSC exam, which is very inspiring. Nityananda had three consecutive failures in UPSC but did not give up and continued his preparations. Finally, in the fourth attempt in the year 2018, he got All India 128 rank. In this way, his journey to UPSC was completed. After intermediate, he had decided to pursue a career in engineering, but during engineering, he made up his mind to join UPSC and also achieved success.

Graduation from iit

Nityananda is originally from Bihar and did his early studies in Guwahati. After intermediate he went to Kota for the preparation of JEE. After getting success in JEE, he got admission in IIT Kanpur. During graduation, he decided to come to UPSC and started preparing. For this, he devised a good strategy.

Success in fourth attempt in UPSC

Nityananda fought long to get success in UPSC. He reached the final stage in the first 3 attempts and was eliminated. Still, he did not give up and kept working hard. Finally, he got success in the fourth attempt. In this way, his dream of UPSC was fulfilled.

Nityananda’s advice to other candidates

Nityananda believes that if you prepare UPSC by preparing the right strategy, then you will definitely get success. They say that after covering their syllabus, they should be revived again and again. Apart from this, it is very important to clear the practice of answer writing.
