UP Police SI, ASI Recruitment 2021: Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPBPB), Lucknow has issued a notification for direct recruitment to the posts of Police Sub-Inspector (Confidential), Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police (Clerk) and Assistant Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police (Accounts). Under this recruitment notification, the eligible candidates will be selected on a total of 1329 posts. Both female and male candidates are eligible to apply for these posts.

Educational worth: In order to apply for recruitment to the posts of SI, ASI in UP Police, the candidates should have passed graduation examination from a recognized university / institute and should also have proficiency in Hindi / English typing on computer. Apart from this, they should also have passed the O level computer examination from the accredited institution Nillet Society.
Age Limit: The candidate should have completed at least 21 years of age on July 1, 2021 and should not be more than 28 years old. Candidates of reserved category will be given maximum age relaxation as per rules of Uttar Pradesh government.
Application The fee: For this recruitment process, the candidates will have to pay Rs 400 as the application fee.
The selection process: According to the conditions mentioned in the UP Police SI, ASI Recruitment Notification, the candidates whose applications will be found correct will be called for online written examination of 400 marks. There will be four sections in the written examination. as written below.
1-Normal Hindi/Computer Knowledge – 100 points
2- Normal Information/Periodic Subject –100 points
3- Numerical And Mental worth exam – 100 points
4- Mental Interest exam/Logical exam – 100 points
2- Candidates found successful in written examination will be called for Document Verification and Physical Standards Test (DV-PST).
3- In the standard test also, successful candidates will have typing test and stenography test.
After this, a merit list of successful candidates will be made. Medical tests and character verification of selected candidates will be done in the merit list.
