Success Story of IAS Topper Gunjan Singh: Today, you will tell the story of Gunjan Singh, who hails from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, who fulfilled his dream of becoming an IAS by getting the 16th rank in the UPSC exam 2019. He got success in the third attempt in UPSC. The special thing is that until the last year of graduation, Gunjan did not want to come to UPSC. He graduated from IIT Kharagpur and did his internship during this period. During the internship, he taught poor children and thought of helping poor people. For this, they thought the UPSC was the right way. What was it then Gunjan decided to come to UPSC.

Always smart in studies

Gunjan was always smart in studies and his dream was to enroll in IIT. For this, he studied a lot till intermediate and after that he gave the exam of JEE. He got success in this and he graduated from IIT Roorkee. Till now, there was no thought of going to UPSC in his mind. After this she went to a village for internship and after seeing the situation of the people there made up her mind to help them. They thought that if they go to UPSC and become IAS officers, then it will be easier to help the poor people. Just this thing sat in his mind and he was determined to get success in UPSC.

UPSC’s journey was like this

Gunjan joined a company after graduation and kept preparing for UPSC. However, why did not he think that he needed more time to get success in UPSC and he resigned from the job. She made her first attempt at UPSC, in which she could not pass the pre exam. Not disappointed with this, he rectified his shortcomings in the second attempt and reached the interview round.

Once again, his luck did not support him and his selection could not be done. In such a situation, she was disappointed, but her mother motivated and inspired her to continue preparing ahead. This was his third attempt in the year 2019 and this time he fulfilled his dream of becoming an IAS by getting the 16th rank with precise strategy.

Gunjan’s advice to other candidates

UPSC prepares candidates to take part in the exam with a precise gunjan strategy and better answer writing practice. They say that you will have to be self-motive in this journey. Preparation will have to be continued by keeping ourselves positive. If you fail then do not get discouraged and keep preparing continuously. You can make two types of plans to get success in UPSC exam. A micro plan and a macro plan. You can achieve success by executing both these types of plans.
